You can easily prepare a delicious recovery drink from Recovery Protein Shake Powder.
Wheycation Recovery Protein Shakes are a balanced and functional reward and replenish your empty stores after exercise so that your body can recover optimally and quickly. They are also very suitable as a healthy snack, for example during a break on a strenuous day.
It is recommended to consume 1-2 portions of 40 grams of powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) per day with 200 ml of cold water - or also with milk or milk substitute - ideally prepared in a shaker.
Enjoyed with water, the Recovery Protein Shake is already slightly creamy and frothy. With milk or a milk substitute, the flavors are even more intense and rich due to the extra fat and sugar content. The shakes taste best cold. If possible, shake it up early and put it back in the fridge - this will also help if it is a little too frothy.
Recovery Protein Shake Powder Vanilla Dream ist ein Pulver aus Schweizer Molkenproteinkonzentrat (Swiss Garantie zertifiziert), ausschliesslich echter Vanille, mit extra Ballaststoffen aus Akazienfasern, dezenter Süsse aus Birkenzucker und mit Zusatz von Calcium – alles in einem ausgewogenen Verhältnis, damit sich dein Körper nach einer Anstrengung optimal erholen kann.
