The Molke Shakes are made from fresh organic whey, enriched with Swiss whey proteins, fermented with yoghurt cultures and are lactose-free.
The aroma comes from high-quality fruit purees, natural aromas and a little raw cane sugar for a delicate sweetening. Compared to other drinking yoghurts, mixed milk drinks or protein drinks, they only contain around half of the added sugar and are completely free of artificial sweeteners.
Due to the fermentation with the yoghurt cultures and the fact that they are lactose-free, the Molke Shakes are very easily digestable, naturally have a longer shelf life and, above all, taste very refreshing.
The Molke Shake is available in two different flavors: Berries and Mango. A natural and fruity pleasure awaits you. The Molke Shake is a fresh product and can be kept chilled.
Molke Shakes are very suitable as a healthy indulgence in between meals or as a complementary breakfast drink. The whey proteins are filling for a long time and give you a little boost of freshness.
Under the aluminum lid there is a foil with a drinking hole so that you can easily consume the Molke Shakes on the go. Just shake it, open the lid and enjoy.

We use natural ingredients, pay attention to a short and understandable list of ingredients, minimal processing and balanced recipes. We are convinced that well-being depends very strongly on our intestines. We make sure that the products not only serve the optimal supply of nutrients to your body, but that your microbiota (microflora) in the intestine also feels optimally supplied.
For the basis of our products, we use side streams from food production that would otherwise not find their way into human nutrition. We do upcycling, which means we upgrade them to healthy and tasty food and thus avoid food waste. We use Swiss whey, the side stream of cheese production, in all of our products. In addition, some of our online sales go to projects in the field of regenerative agriculture.
They are developed and produced in Switzerland with the necessary know-how. We know from personal experience what is needed for recovery and have the knowledge in food science and food production, from farm to fork, to make really good products.
We add whey proteins to the whey, which make the shake creamier. In addition, we ferment the Molke Shakes. We add yogurt cultures, like in a yogurt production. These cultures naturally transform the milk sugar into lactic acid, flavors and other substances. Among other things, they also form substances that make the shake creamy. This also happens to milk when it is converted into yoghurt by yoghurt cultures.
The addition of whey proteins and fermentation with yoghurt cultures are also responsible for the taste. In the manufacturing process, lactic acid and natural flavors are created, which are very typical for yoghurt products. This balances out the typical whey taste and makes the Molke Shakes refreshing and yoghurt-like in taste.
With the Molke Shakes we want to offer healthy indulgence. During development, we managed to reduce the amount of sugar as much as possible, but not to leave it out entirely without having to accept severe losses in terms of taste. Sugar not only brings sweetness to a product, it also enhances aromas.
We have tested and developed a lot and made health considerations and are convinced that we are currently offering the best possible product for our target customers. Of course we keep developing our products. And who knows, maybe we can soon offer something that suits your needs better.
